The story of Iona
1909, First Edition. Edinburgh : D. Douglas. Good library copy only in the original quarter red leather over red cloth boards, now dust-dulled with minor damp-stains. Panel edges lightly rubbed, with corners lightly bumped. Spine cover gilt-blocked, now heavily worn and crumbling, with a split to the front joint and lacking somewhat at the tail. Text block remains tight and strong, with frontispiece retaining tissue guard. Minor library marks remain, and the text is foxed throughout albeit chiefly to the margins.
