1836, First US Single Volume Edition. New-York : Harper & Brothers. Good copy in the original full leather, now lightly scuffed and with edges considerably rubbed. Rear board shows a damp-stain at the edge and some light medial surface loss. Spine cover lacking entirely, but binding remains internally very strong. The volume was issued with two folded maps, of which one is lacking, with the remaining map well-preserved. The text block remains quite clean, showing only the faint, scattered foxing of age.
