Very good copy in contemporary gilt-blocked red cloth boards, now slightly rubbed along the edges and with corners somewhat bumped. Some deaccessioning marks to the front endpapers, as well as an unshadowed rectangle (as from a label) to the front board. Spine sun-toned, with endbands somewhat rubbed. Text block remains tight and bright overall, with some sparse pencil annotations to the margins. A well-preserved copy overall. Item #462329
