Joints and endbands rubbed, with minor tearing at head and two small closed tears on front joint. Free endpapers substantially foxed. First signature (Table of Contents) loose. Text block shows isolated foxing only, chiefly to folded matter and margins. Folded matter remains otherwise strong, with crisp folds and minor tearing only at gutter.
