Very good copy in brick red cloth over bevelled boards, now slightly scuffed and edge-rubbed, with spine slightly rubbed and uniformly sun-toned. Title gilt-blocked to the front and spine; top-edge gilt. Some faint foxing scattered internally throughout, chiefly marginal. Binding remains tight, and plates retain their tissue guards. Remains a strong and well-preserved copy overall. Item #459552
