Very good large-format copy in half white cloth over grey publisher's boards, with a gilt-blocked armourial motif to the front and title gilt-blocked to spine. Top-edge gilt. Covers show the minor scuffs and dust-dulling expected of age. Binding cracked between the frontispiece and title page, with mull holding secure. Some marginal dust-dulling, with the text otherwise remaining remarkably bright and clean. A very well-preserved copy for a book of this size and age. Item #459154
