1827. London : John Murray. Two volumes bound in contemporary full aniline calf. Raised bands and spine compartments uniformly tooled in gilt; very impressively finished. All edges gilt; with marbled end-papers. Volume 1 is a very good copy but volume 2 is poor, with boards detached and very worn spine bands. Both are well-preserved internally with only light foxing. Provenance: bookplate of John Ricardo MP. Item #443412
