Very good copies in the original title-blocked cloth. Cream cloth spine covers backing pink cloth-covered panels. Spine covers slightly tanned as with age. Spine bands lightly dulled and rubbed. Minor sun-toning evident on some front covers. Some scattered spots of foxing evident on the panel edges. Top edges gilt. Slightest of yellowing in in page margins. A number of volumes have unread and unopened pages. Remains particularly and surprisingly well-preserved overall; tight, bright, clean and strong.
